Data deletion

You can remove the Akuta Automações app's access to your accounts and request deletion of your data at any time.

1. Remove the app's access

• Instagram: open Apps and websites in your account settings and remove “Akuta Automações”.
• Facebook: open Business integrations and remove “Akuta Automações”.
• Google/YouTube: open the Google Account security settings page and remove “Akuta Automações”.

Once access is removed, the app stops publishing to and reading data from those accounts.

2. Request deletion of your data

1. Email privacidade@akuta.com.br with the subject “Data deletion”.
2. Identify the account: Instagram @username and/or YouTube channel name.
3. If we need to confirm the request is yours, we will ask for confirmation through the email or the account involved.

We acknowledge the request within 15 days and complete the deletion within 30 days, notifying you by email.

3. What is deleted

• Access tokens and account identifiers.
• Metrics, publishing records and content stored by Akuta.

Posts already published remain on your Instagram and YouTube accounts; to remove them, delete them directly on the platforms. Data the law requires us to keep (for example, tax records) is kept only for the legal period.
